Does Lizaro casino have a license and is it legit?

We hold a Curaçao licence under number 365/JAZ and operate as GMBL Tech. That licence demands audited random number generators, player funds kept separate from company accounts and ID verification before any payout. Every game in our lobby comes from a studio with its own regulatory authorisation, so neither we nor anyone else can change a slot's return once it has been certified.

How do I get into my Lizaro casino account if I forgot my password?

Click the forgot password link below the login box, enter your registration email and the reset message lands in your inbox in under a minute. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. After several failed login attempts your account locks itself as a safeguard, and in that case live chat can unlock it once we confirm who you are.

Can I play Lizaro casino online on Android?

Yes. Any iOS or Android browser runs the site without an app, and slots, live dealer tables and the sportsbook all resize to fit the screen. You can sign up straight from the browser, and deposits through Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut take a few taps. Nothing to download, nothing to update.

What do I need to clear the welcome bonus wagering requirements?

The 250% match spreads across four deposits, together with 350 free spins and a Bonus Crab. Wagering terms, qualifying slots and the max bet allowed while a bonus is active all sit on our promotions page. Read them before you deposit, especially the max bet rule, since breaking it is the single most common reason bonus funds get removed.

When will I receive my withdrawal?

Crypto is quickest and usually lands almost immediately after approval. E-wallets take about 24 hours, cards one to three business days, bank transfers three to five. A first withdrawal runs longer because identity checks happen at that point. The daily limit is 2 100 zł and grows as you climb the VIP tiers.

What cashback do you pay out?

Three separate programmes run each week. Live casino players get 25% back up to 840 zł, VIP slots cashback ranges from 5% to 15% up to 12 500 zł depending on your tier, and sportsbook losses return at 10% up to 4 200 zł. Cashback is calculated on net losses and credited to your real money balance, so there's nothing to wager before you withdraw it.
